IAEE issues best-practices publication for trade-show exhibiting

By Published on .

Atlanta—The International Association of Exhibitions and Events has released “Best Practices for Exhibition Rules,” a publication detailing exhibition regulations that IAEE members are expected to abide by.

The publication also reviews different versions of common rules in the categories of general, exhibit space, contract management, display rules and conduct, and details industry best practices.

IAEE said the rules define how buyers and sellers should interact with each other on and off the show floor. They are designed to “protect the integrity” of exhibitions and provide a “level playing field” for exhibitors and attendees, according to the association.

The publication is free to IAEE members and $149 for nonmembers.
