IBM debuts cloud-based analytics suite

Armonk, N.Y.—IBM Corp. has released a Web analytics and digital marketing suite that integrates technology from its acquisitions last year of marketing optimization company Coremetrics Inc. and marketing management software company Unica Corp. IBM's Coremetrics Web Analytics and Digital Marketing Optimization Suite automates online marketing campaigns across all channels, including websites, social media networks and mobile phones, according to the company. IBM said capabilities include advanced segmentation and automated marketing execution, real-time product recommendations, A/B testing of search terms and analysis of customer interaction campaign effectiveness.
