IBM, Invensys enter b-to-b marketing alliance

Armonk, N.Y. -IBM Corp. and London-based Invensys plc, an engineering and electronics company, have entered a strategic b-to-b marketing alliance. IBM will use its global sales force to market Invensys' software, mostly to clients in the automotive and aerospace industries. Invensys will use IBM products including its IBM's flagship application server, WebSphere.
