Research Triangle Park, N.C.--IBM Personal Systems Group announced revamped customer service applications Wednesday, including automatic "self-healing'' of IBM ThinkPad notebooks, NetVista desktops, IntelliStation professional workstations and eServer xSeries computers. The IBM division said that buyers of these computers can point their computers to a Web site and receive automatic diagnostic services.
