IBM rolls out cross-platform marketing analytics service

Armonk, N.Y.—IBM Corp. has introduced a cloud-based service that uses dashboards to analyze campaigns on such marketing services as Badgeville, Doubleclick Search, ExactTarget, Google Display Network and Salesforce.com. IBM said in a statement that its new Digital Marketing Network uses partnerships with more than 100 companies in such digital marketing areas as ad networks, data management platforms, demand-side platforms, gamification services, search and social marketing. Rather than marketers paying to integrate separate data sources, the new service enables customizable dashboards that assess paid, earned and owned channels through one tag, the company said.
