Armonk, N.Y.—IBM Corp. has introduced new services to help CMOs and CIOs expand their digital marketing efforts. The services are designed to create more personalized interactions across mobile, social and online venues. IBM Interactive, the company's digital marketing unit, will help businesses determine the new processes, technology, data, skills and governance needed to change their digital marketing strategies. In addition, analytic techniques will be used to improve customer engagement, social marketing and marketing optimization.
