IBM, Sedona, Jack Henry enter financial company CRM pact

Published on .

Armonk, N.Y.--IBM Corp., Sedona Corp. and Jack Henry & Associates Inc. will jointly market CRM software to financial institutions. The companies will focus specifically on marketing Intarsia, Sedona's flagship CRM software, which extracts b-to-b customer information, enhances it with customer preference information and segments the resulting data. King of Prussia, Pa.-based Sedona and Monett, Mo.-based Jack Henry have a good deal of experience marketing to midsize banks; IBM, meanwhile, has traditionally focused on large multinationals.
