Armonk, N.Y.--IBM Corp. launched an ad campaign with the tagline "E-business is the game. Play to win," created by Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide. The campaign broke with ads in The Wall Street Journal and will include additional print and TV spots. The budget is estimated at more than $350 million.
