IDG Enterprise to introduce new lead-nurturing service

Framingham, Mass.—IDG Enterprise, publisher of Computerworld and other publications, announced Thursday that in January, it will debut a new online reporting and lead-nurturing service dubbed LeadAccel.

According to IDG Enterprise, LeadAccel will offer three main services: lead reporting, lead scoring and lead nurturing. Additionally, LeadAccel will offer consulting service and customer relationship management integration services.

“Advertisers need and expect this level of actionable information. As a digitalcentric company, our investment in these technology advancements and resources is a requirement to move business forward,” Michael Friedenberg, president-CEO of IDG Enterprise, said in a statement.
