Ifbyphone debuts lead response service

Chicago—Voice-based marketing automation company Ifbyphone has rolled out Ifbyphone Inquire to help small and midsize businesses simplify call tracking and lead response. The service helps SMBs track the source of every phone and email lead to help determine which marketing campaigns are most effective. The lead response feature of Inquire is able to connect a sales person with online leads. When a Web form is submitted or an email is sent, the system immediately calls a sales rep.
