New York--Carlson Marketing Group, New York, launched Thursday a set of Web-based services designed to make corporations more effective in employee marketing. Dubbed myworklink, the site is designed to make it easier for human resources executives to communicate with employees, and reward them for participating in mission-critical corporate projects. For example, employees finishing required training programs or adding another year of tenure at their company can be given points redeemable for merchandise and travel. Carlson Marketing Group is the largest marketing services agency in the U.S.
