Incisive names Fromm editor in chief of ‘National Law Journal’

New York—Incisive Media announced Tuesday that it has named Steven Fromm as editor in chief of The National Law Journal. Fromm, formerly managing editor of the newspaper, succeeds Rex Bossert, who has taken a communications position with the University of California Irvine School of Law. Incisive also announced the promotion of Ruth Singleton from assistant managing editor to managing editor.
