Independence Blue Cross debuts ad campaign

Philadelphia—Independence Blue Cross (IBC) rolled out an ad campaign, created by Tierney, Philadelphia, called “Now More Than Ever,” aimed at start-up business owners.

The campaign, which includes TV, radio and online, is designed to show how IBC provides scalable, affordable healthcare coverage for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

The campaign is the first major ad effort by IBC that is not directed at C-level executives at large corporations. The budget was undisclosed.
