Philadelphia—Independence Blue Cross unveiled an ad campaign during the opening ceremonies of the 2012 London Summer Olympics, with the tagline “Changing the Game.” The integrated ad campaign was developed by Tierney, Philadelphia, and includes TV, print, online, radio and outdoor. It is designed to highlight the company's commitment to building a better healthcare system in the United States, according to Independence Blue Cross. The campaign budget was undisclosed.
