Infogroup's Clare Hart to leave company

Published on .

Omaha, Neb.—Clare Hart, president-CEO of database marketing company Infogroup for the past 18 months, will leave the company, according to an Infogroup internal communication. Mike Iaccarino will become the company's new president-CEO, according to the memo. Iaccarino recently was Infogroup's board chairman and is a former president-CEO of Epsilon. In July 2010, Infogroup closed its sale to private-equity company CCMP Capital Advisors for $635 million and returned itself to private status. Hart, a former Dow Jones executive, was named to head the company at that time.
