Published on .

Papillion, Neb.—Database marketing company Infogroup Inc. has sold its OneSource Business Information unit to private equity company GTCR and its Cannondale Investments technology platform partner. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. In addition to business information that helps build sales contact lists, OneSource, based in Concord, Mass., also offers its iSell sales solution, which augments the Salesforce.com CRM platform with triggers and social intelligence. OneSource was acquired by Infogroup—then called InfoUSA—in 2004. In March, Infogroup acquired data acquisition and management company GoTime Inc.
