Brisbane, Calif.--Informative Wednesday announced c-Feedback Suite, an enterprise software suite for capturing and analyzing customer feedback. The application is positioned as a complement to a CRM package. Informative, which has placed customer feedback systems at 350 businesses, said the new suite improves both customer support and marketing departments. The company also said the tool allows marketers to collect and rank user ideas for new products and services. Separately Wednesday, Informative said it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Recipio, a San Mateo, Calif.-based provider of patented dialog interpretation solutions, including Brand Connection, a tool for capturing and translating unstructured, free form customer feedback. Informative said it would integrate Recipio's technology into its c-Feedback Suite, and that Recipio's products and services would continue to be provided under the Informative brand.
