Informix Software, San Francisco, last month named Saatchi & Saatchi as its new agency of record. Informix, a provider of database software with more than 100,000 customers worldwide, has annual revenues of approximately $800 million.

The new campaign will focus on strengthening Informix’s corporate brand and product brands aligned with the company’s core database technologies.

Saatchi & Saatchi will develop a global campaign of TV, print and online advertising, emphasizing the strengths of Informix’s products across vertical categories, including retail, telecommunications and finance.
