Omaha, Neb.—List giant infoUSA announced Wednesday it will debut new advertising during Super Bowl XLI on Feb. 4. It will be the company’s first appearance as a Super Bowl advertiser.
The 30-second spot will run during the first half of the game, kicking off a multimillion-dollar campaign for the company.
Additionally, infoUSA is sponsoring a half-hour pregame broadcast on CBS called “The Super Bowl Today Presented by Salesgenie.com,” which beings at 5:30 p.m. ET.
The commercial was conceived and produced in-house. A teaser video, featuring both a red sports car and an attractive blonde, can be seen online at www.salesgenie.com/tv. Visitors to the site can submit ideas for the company’s next Super Bowl commercial, with a prize going to the winning idea.
“There is no bigger audience available to an advertiser today than the Super Bowl, and we’re using this incredible platform to launch Salesgenie.com to a huge portion of the sales and small-business community who will be watching the game,” said Vin Gupta, infoUSA chairman-CEO, in a press release.
