Chicago--Encompass Insurance said Thursday that it has begun a brand-awareness campaign designed to draw support from independent insurance agents and raise awareness among consumers. Dubbed "Liberty, justice and really good insurance," the trade and consumer campaign was developed by Leo Burnett, Chicago. Encompass, formerly CNA Personal Insurance, is one of the few insurers dedicated to selling exclusively through b-to-b relationships with agents.
