Denver—Marketing technology company Integrate has closed on first-round financing of $4.5 million. The deal was led by Boulder, Colo.-based venture capital firm Foundry Group.

Integrate offers a lead generation platform for more than 50 vertical business categories. Integrate’s model is based on the performance of a marketing campaign using a variety of media including Internet, print, TV, outdoor and radio, with companies paying only for qualified leads, customers or inbound calls, the company said.

Integrate's "marketplace" technology allows advertisers and publishers to work together inside the platform, to review each other's business data before collaborating, the company said.
