Chicago—The Integrated Media Cooperative, a buying co-op for small publishers, announced Tuesday that it has signed an agreement with Texterity under which Texterity will provide digital magazine production for IMC members as a preferred partner.

"With Texterity as a preferred partner, IMC members will be able to take advantage of all the efficiencies that come from our larger footprint within the community," Bill Walker, CEO of IMC, said in a statement.

IMC’s 10 founding members are: Allured Publishing Corp.; Douglas Publishing; Dowden Health Media, a division of Lebhar-Friedman; Edgell Communications; Farm Journal Media; Meister Media Worldwide; Northstar Travel Media; NTP Media; Putman Media; and Stamats Communications.
