Published on .

Intelisys, attempting to establish itself as a leader in b-to-b trading, said Wednesday that it has built an e-commerce hub for the commercial real estate industry. New York-based Intelisys, which provides both corporate procurement applications and trading exchange platforms, is partnered with Argus Financial Software, B.J. Murray Inc., Newstar Solutions and CTI Ltd. on the project, which received $140 million in first-round equity financing. Dubbed The REALM, and set to launch later this year, the trading hub is expected to serve more than 12,000 commercial real estate firms in the United States. The annual spend of the industry is estimated at $1 trillion annually, Intelisys said. ®MDBO¯®MDNM¯
