InterMedia Advertising Solutions becomes VNU division

New York--InterMedia Advertising Solutions, which tracks Internet advertising expenditures, will now operate as a division of fellow VNU property Competitive Media Reporting, which tracks advertising expenditures in a broad range of media. IAS will now operate as CMRinteractive. CMRi plans to introduce Web-based delivery of its data in the first quarter, which will allow clients to customize their data analysis online. CMRi, which tracks about 300 Web sites and 400 industries, also plans to eventually provide daily data measurement and delivery.
