Ipsos appoints president of loyalty division

New York—Ipsos, a global market research company, announced that Matt McNerney has been named president of Ipsos Loyalty in the U.S. McNerney was previously president of TNS North America client solutions. In his new role, he will lead Ipsos’ U.S. loyalty division, which helps companies improve business performance through customer satisfaction management and customer relationship management.
