IRS awards $150 million service contract to Aspect Communications

San Jose, Calif.--The Internal Revenue Service has awarded a six-year, $150 million contract to Aspect Communications, a customer relationship management software company. The contract includes maintenance, services and training to support the IRS' existing Aspect contact center infrastructure. The IRS has standardized approximately 40 contact centers on Aspect's CRM technology.
