Isobar acquires iProspect

Boston—Isobar, a digital marketing network that was created earlier this year by U.K. company Aegis PLC, announced it has acquired search marketing company iProspect in a deal valued at roughly $32 million.

Isobar has acquired 100% of the equity of iProspect, which was previously held by iProspect’s founders.

iProspect services include natural search engine optimization, paid inclusion, pay-per-click advertising and Web analytics.

According to a report released by Jupiter Research last month, paid search will grow from $2.6 billion in 2004 to $5.5 billion in 2009.

Isobar, which was formed in July, has a global network of 36 offices in 24 markets.
