Mt. Morris, Ill.—Watt Publishing Co., a b-to-b media company focused on the agrifood and woodworking markets, said Tuesday that Jim Watt is retiring as CEO of the company. Watt, who has been with the company for 46 years, will stay on as chairman. His son, Greg Watt, has been promoted to president-CEO from COO. The company also named Tim Smith VP-COO. Smith was previously VP-CFO.
