JiWire adds new audience targeting to mobile ads

San Francisco—Mobile advertising and data company JiWire Inc. has launched a tool that connects digital advertising campaigns to offline activities. JiWire's Location Graph product enables advertisers to target customers based on location, such as their presence in health clubs, parks and restaurants, the company said in a statement. Purchase data can also inform this metric and prompt specific offers based on purchase history, JiWire said. The new service is powered by technology from data company Datalogix and extends JiWire's Location Conversion Index product that measures the increase in store visits as a result of mobile advertising, the company said.
