Johnson & Quin acquires American Mailers

Niles, Ill.—Direct-mail printing and production company Johnson & Quin has acquired direct marketing and fulfillment company American Mailers, a division of ANET Corp. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to expand Johnson & Quin's high-volume capacity, according to the company. American Mailers' facility in Naperville, Ill., will merge with two Johnson & Quin facilities in Niles. Going forward, ANET will focus on e-commerce and fulfillment services.
