Published on .

New York—Condé Nast's Fairchild Fashion Media has named Paul Jowdy VP-publisher of its WWD. Jowdy was most recently VP-publisher of Every Day With Rachael Ray, which was acquired this week by Meredith Corp. Previously, Jowdy was publisher of Details and Bon Appétit. He also held senior positions at Condé Nast Traveler and Vanity Fair. At WWD, he is assuming some of the duties of Melissa Mattiace, who had been WWD's associate publisher-advertising. She left to join Time Inc.'s Entertainment Weekly.
