Suther confirmed he is going to the financial services company “to work on a new venture to use information to serve customers better,” but did not disclose details of the new business unit, according to Advertising Age
, a sibling publication of BtoB. Suther said his focus at JPMorgan would be on marketing, project management and product development.
Suther has been with Acxiom since 2005. The chief customer officer role is a new one at JPMorgan Chase, Ad Age reported.
