Jupiter debuts new services

New York--Jupiter Communications Inc., which is rebranding itself Jupiter Media Metrix, said Thursday that it will offer a new suite of services called Jx Intelligence. The subscription-based services will provide market, customer and competitive data gleaned from Jupiter's traditional technology analysis, its access to Media Metrix's audience polling of Internet traffic and AdRelevance's ability to track the number of advertisements being dished up to Web site visitors on a daily basis. Jx Intelligence will be sold alongside existing services from Jupiter Media Metrix, New York, which include custom research. Market and competitor data will be available in October, while customer data service are scheduled for release in early 2001. Pricing was not disclosed.
