The deal calls for Kana to tailor its enterprise relationship management software to work with 24/7 Customer.com's voice and e-mail customer support services. 24/7, Los Gatos, Calif., offers a chat, e-mail and telephone call center. Kana, Redwood City, Calif., looks to expand its roster of customer-service partners as a way to insure its software can handle all of the needs of marketers. Kana competitors such as EDS offer call centers as part of their customer relationship management suite.
