KANA releases vertical CRM applications

Menlo Park, Calif.--CRM application provider KANA on Monday announced it has released four new vertical applications: Agent IQ for Branch Banking, Agent IQ for Retail Banking, Agent IQ for Telecommunications and Customer IQ for Retail Banking. The new products will help call center agents access data from multiple sources, including online and legacy systems, the company said.
