New York—Kantar, a global data and research company that is a division of WPP, announced it has acquired Benenson Strategy Group, a global strategic research company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Benenson conducts research on business, politics and public affairs, including polling programs for President Barack Obama's 2008 and 2012 presidential campaigns.
Benenson will operate as a company of Kantar and will continue to be run by CEO Joel Benenson and COO Carl Rossow.
