Published on .

Richardson, Texas—Direct marketing and data management company KBM Group, a Wunderman company, has acquired database and behavioral targeting company I-Behavior from a group that includes current management, plus institutional and private investors. Terms of the deal were not released.

I-Behavior, based in Louisville, Colo., a suburb of Denver, manages a cooperative transactional database of both consumer and business customers. The acquisition will provide KBM with additional expertise in multichannel marketing, according to KBM.

KBM Group formerly was known as KnowledgeBase Marketing before rebranding itself this summer.
