Kelsey Group, ConStat release study on small-business advertising

Published on .

Princeton, N.J.--Kelsey Group and ConStat released research on how newer small businesses allocate their advertising and media budgets compared with more-established small businesses.

According to the research, 78% of small businesses that have been in operation for more than 20 years said they use print Yellow Pages, while only 52% of small businesses that have been in operation less than 10 years use print Yellow Pages.

The survey also found that newer small businesses spend twice as much on advertising as more-established ones.
