Kenshoo, Marchex partner on enhanced telephone metrics

Seattle—Marketing technology company Kenshoo has partnered with small-business marketing company Marchex Inc. to improve and track phone call responses to paid-search campaigns. Kenshoo has integrated Marchex's Call Analytics into its Kenshoo Local solution, a move that improves the setup, management and reporting of tracked phone calls across desktop and mobile search campaigns, Kenshoo said in a statement. After enabling Call Analytics, Kenshoo Local clients will be able to integrate call data into customer-service reports, access phone call recordings in the clients' dashboards, and match calls to keywords to help inform automated bidding, the company said.
