Kisseberth named president-CEO of IDG’s PC World Communications, Mac Publishing

San Francisco—IDG Communications has named media veteran Mike Kisseberth president-CEO of PC World Communications and Mac Publishing, which publish PC World and MacWorld, respectively.

Kisseberth, who was most recently senior VP-corporate sales and operations at CNET Networks, will join IDG Oct. 1.

IDG Communications President Bob Carrigan has been serving as interim CEO of PC World Communications and Mac Publishing. He succeeded Colin Crawford, who since May has been senior VP-online at IDG.

Kisseberth will be based in IDG’s San Francisco office.
