New York—Abbey Klaassen has been promoted to editor of Advertising Age
as part of a broader reorganization of the publication’s editorial management team. Klaassen joined Ad Age
in 2005 and was its digital editor until her promotion to executive editor in December. Ad Age
also said Judann Pollack has been promoted to executive editor from managing editor, and Ken Wheaton has been named managing editor from assistant managing editor. Advertising Age
is owned by Crain Communications Inc.
