KnowledgeBase Marketing reorganizes, changes name

Richardson, Texas—Direct marketing and data management company KnowledgeBase Marketing has reorganized its internal structure and renamed itself KBM Group.

In the reorganization, KBM Group combined its U.S. and global services divisions. It also melded its subsidiaries, marketing and business intelligence companies Datacore Marketing and Fortelligent into the newly branded entity to more tightly integrate its offerings as a comprehensive marketing solution, according to the company.

KBM Group added that the alignment of its business units into a single, renamed brand will help serve as an “umbrella” for future acquisitions.
