Kodak makes social strategy a priority

Kodak reorganized its Graphic Communication Group to create the B-to-B Solutions unit last year to promote its digital and conventional communication solutions. CMO Jeffrey Hayzlett has directed that social media is central to communication as the company works to reinvent its image. Pat McGrew, data-driven communication segment evangelist, works her own blog, as well as LinkedIn, Facebook, MySpace and even competitors’ blogs. “My blog entries typically get between 60 and 300 responses,” McGrew said. “I engage with pretty much every one of our top 100 customers.”
