L90 launches upgrade of registration system

Los Angeles--Marketing and media company L90 Inc. has launched an upgraded version of its ProfiTool, an opt-in registration system that helps marketers target customers. With ProfiTool, L90 says it can help Web publishers achieve ad rates of up to $100 per thousand impressions. L90's clients include Visa USA, Microsoft Corp., General Motors Corp., Warner Brothers and Procter & Gamble Co.
