Lawyers plan e-marketplace

San Francisco--Thirty of the largest U.S. law firms Wednesday said they are forming LawCommerce.com, a procurement marketplace for the legal industry. U.S.-based lawyers spend more than $50 billion a year on products and services. The site aims to provide a centralized marketplace of products and services; aggregated group buying, and tools for sourcing new vendors and tracking spending.
