New York—Lenovo, a technology company that acquired the personal computer business of IBM last year, has launched a global ad campaign.
Developed by Ogilvy & Mather New York, the campaign includes TV, print, online and outdoor.
TV ads broke during NBC’s broadcast of the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics. Lenovo is a worldwide partner of the International Olympic Committee, the highest level of sponsorship for the event.
The campaign tagline is “New Thinking. New ThinkPad.” It is designed to relaunch the ThinkPad brand as an elite, rugged computer for serious business.
