LexisNexis unveils expanded CRM product for professional services

Oak Brook, Ill.—LexisNexis Interface Software, part of information services provider LexisNexis, Wednesday announced the release of InterAction 5.5, the latest version of its customer relationship management product for professional services organizations.

The company said the new version will enable users to expand the scope of the data they can centrally collect and manage, and provides new reporting capabilities. It also has enhanced global functionality, including global mailing support.

Interaction 5.5 is built on Microsoft’s .Net framework.

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman is one client already using the updated version.
