Longtime McGraw-Hill executive Tully dies at 70

New York—Tom Tully, a longtime executive of McGraw-Hill Cos., died Dec. 27 after a long battle with cancer. He was 70. During a 30-year career with McGraw-Hill, Tully spearheaded several initiatives on behalf of the mailing and distribution industry. In 2000, American Business Media honored his efforts by creating the Thomas W. Tully Award, which is handed out annually at ABM’s Spring Meeting in recognition of outstanding government service to the business information industry.
