Lot 21 names general manager

San Francisco--Interactive advertising agency Lot 21 announced Monday that it has named former McCann-Erickson/A&L and J. Walter Thompson executive Michael White to the position of general manager. Lot 21 has also expanded its services by forming three new divisions. The company's consulting services division will offer Internet consulting and branding services. The Web marketing group will help clients develop online advertising. The media consulting group will help clients select online media.
