M2Media360 acquires NaturalFoodNet

San Francisco—M2Media360 has acquired NaturalFoodNet, which targets professionals in natural and organic food supply. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The NaturalFoodNet portfolio includes Natural Food Network (17,000), “The Certified Organic Food Directory” and NaturalFoodNet.com. “The Certified Organic Food Directory” lists more than 13,000 North American growers, processors and food manufacturers certified under the USDA’s National Organic Program.

The acquisition brings M2Media360’s total number of business magazines to 16, including Candy Business, Fuel Oil News, Professional Candy Buyer and Tobacco Retailer.
